mabangisnalobo: According to Google, it’s a either a Swan Plant or a Balloon Plant. According to Wiki, it’s an African Milkweed. According to Manang of Lemon Pie House in Sagada, it’s a Cotton Ball Plant. But according to me, it’s a Betlog Plant.
